Tournament Discussion: Guitar Hero 5

System: Xbox 360
Game Type: 1v1 Pro Face Off
Bracket Type: Double Elimination

Prizes:
*For every player in the tournament, $10 is added to the Pot Winnings.*

* 1st Place: 70% of the Pot
* 2nd Place: 20% of the Pot
* 3rd Place: 10% of the Pot

Match Settings:

* Difficulty: Expert

Rules:

1. Preliminary Rounds are best 2 out of 3.
2. Semifinals/Finals are best 3 out of 5.
3. Any tournament players not present when their match is called will have exactly 2 minutes to show up or will be forced to forfeit their match. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Neither friends nor staff can save you.
4. In Preliminary Rounds Player 1 will pick the first song, Player 2 will pick the second song, if a third song is needed it will picked at random.
5. In Semi-final/Final Rounds Player 1 will pick the first song, Player 2 will pick the second song, songs 3-5 will be picked at random.
6. No glitching or cheating of any kind.
7. If you are found to be cheating or glitching in any way the whole team will be disqualified.
8. No third party hardware may be used. You must use the guitars provided.
9. Video/audio delay is set by the Tournament Coordinator and may not be changed for any reason unless the Coordinator deems it necessary.
10. Winner is decided by total score at the end of a song.

Songs:

* All songs will be unlocked and playable. No downloadable content songs will be available to choose.

Could we at least have wired guitars for the tournament the last guitars were very unresponsive. The world tour guitar with the slider had a fret malfunction:the blue button didn't work so well sometimes it got stuck and was not able to be pushed. Also the batteries were about to die in both guitars.

Battery Life will not be an issue this year.
However, due to modding and etc. you must use the guitars we provide
At this point the guitars we have are wireless WORLD TOUR guitars
If you have 2 Wired 360 guitars that you dont mind letting other people use and we can use them for the tournament please PM me so we can talk about this.
Otherwise, the tournament will be on wireless guitars.
